We have made the plastic spool precision injection mold. This precision mold has one cavity and mold material is H13.

This precision injection mold has two large sliders, and they are driven by the oil cylinder.

In addition, a micro -switch must be installed on the oil cylinder to control the stroke of the oil cylinder.

The mold size is about 650*550*750 mm, and its weight is 1700 kg.

With such a large mold, the cooling of the mold is the key.

Mold cooling can not only reduce injection time, but also adjust the size of the product.

Mold materials must be used for good steel, otherwise the mold may crack.
