but also in large shopping malls, restaurants, etc.

This product consists of 4 precision plastic parts. So this has 4 sets of precision mold except the sprayer part.

I will introduce the housing precision mold here.  

The housing of this product material is ABS, and the surface is texture.

This precision mold material is NAN80, and has hot runner system, 1 cavity.

The mold has one angle slider and one lifter. 

This precision mold size is 550*550*560 mm, and its weight is 1065 kg.

The mold cycle time is 45 S.

This set of mold requirements are very high. If the accuracy requirements cannot be met,

the appearance requirements of the product cannot be met.

So our company will detect each mold parts. Ensure product quality.

Our projector engineer should do the mold flow analysis before mold design. To reduce the questions 

when the product occur during injection molding.
