We have done many kinds of medical interventional device precision moulding and moulds.
I will introduce the knob cap precision mouding and moulds.
The knob cap material is PC, and it is transparent. Its precision mould material is S136,
and has two cavities. The precision mould has eight sliders and takes off the thread structure.
This structure is driven by the oil cylinder.
The precision mould size is 316*516*1560 mm, and its weight is 520 kg.
The knob cap precision moulding should be in the 100k grade clean room.
