The cover material is ABS and its colour is blue. The product size is 590*450*230 mm and its weight is 1350 g.

We choose the 600 tons precision injection moulding machine for production of this product.

The precision injection mould size is very big, which reaches 900*800*650 mm and its weight is 3000 kg.

We choose the 1.2311 material because the order of product is not large. This can save cost.

The cavity surface is texture and this precision injection mould has an angle slider which driven by oil cylinder.

Before mold making, we have a rich experience team for precision injection moulds. They should do the mold flow 

analysis. Try to minimize questions in the process of subsequent precision plastic injection moulding.
