Our company has made the plastic medical centrifuge tube mould of medical disposable supply mold.

The mold has 32 cavities.This set of molds is a three-platen mold, and the way of product injection is in point.

This mold size is 500*450*430mm and its weight is about 646KG.

There are two biggest difficulties in processing this set of molds. First, it is necessary to ensure that the size

of the feed point is consistent. If they are inconsistent, it will cause difficulties in the injection molding production

process, and will also cause the appearance of the product to be different.

The second is to ensure that the dimensions of the inserts are consistent, and the inserts also need to be cooled.

The same insert size can ensure the same internal size of the product.

In the process of injection molding, the internal temperature of the insert will rise, and the insert will expand,

affecting the sliding of the insert. At the same time, cooling the insert can save the molding cycle.

We generally choose 8407 imported materials for insert materials.
