Our company has made the plastic medical pipette tips mould and injection molding medical devices.

The mold has 32 cavities. This mold also has hot runner system, its brand is Ewikon. It has 8 points direct open nozzle.

This mold size is 500*550*530 mm and its weight is about 656KG.

There are two biggest difficulties in processing this set of molds.

First, it is necessary to ensure that the size of the feed point is consistent. If they are inconsistent,

it will cause difficulties in the injection molding production process, and will also cause the appearance of the product to be different.

The second is to ensure that the dimensions of the inserts are consistent,

and the inserts also need to be cooled. The same insert size can ensure the same internal size of the product.

In the process of injection molding, the internal temperature of the insert will rise, and the insert will expand,

affecting the sliding of the insert. At the same time, cooling the insert can save the molding cycle.

We generally choose M333 or M340 imported materials for insert materials.
