Our company has made the medical pregnancy test stick mold.This mould has 32 cavities and 8 hot runner open nozzles.The mold core and cavity material is S136.

This mold size is 450*750*750mm and its weight is 1020kg.This set of molds has heat insulation boards, and the material of the heat insulation boards is Bakelite.

The biggest difficulty of this set of molds is product interchange. This set of molds is a multi-cavity mold, and requires that the products of each cavity of the upper cover and the 16-cavity products of the lower cover be assembled with each other, and the products of each cavity of the lower cover and the 16-cavity products of the upper cover are required to be assembled with each other, and During the assembly process, there should be no over-tightening or over-loosening.

In this way, the processing precision of the mold is very high. There must not be too much deviation, otherwise it will cause problems in product assembly.

Our plan is to make the structure of the product assembly position into an insert, so that it is convenient to adjust.
