The precision plastic has one cavity and 8 lifters, which material is 8407 that has done heat treatment HRC50~52°

This mold size is 350*450*380 mm, and its weight is 430 kg.

The upper cover and lower cover must be designed the art groove, and the size of the upper cover is larger

than the size of the lower cover. Avoid scratching in this way.

product and reduce the production of bad products.
