Our company has made many plastic transparent product precision mold and precision injection. Such as

the plastic slice, face shield, plastic lens, light lens and so on.

I will introduce the plastic slice precision mold here.

This precision mold has 2 cavities. The product material is PMMA. Our company has tried to use PC materials

before, but in the process of injection, products are easy to crack. Finally, we chose PMMA to solve this situation

and meet the needs of customers.                                                       

In order to avoid product adhesion, we have designed the ejection functions of the cavity and core.

This precision mold material is S136. When it's precision injection molding, production must be in the 100k grade

clean room. Because the product cannot be sticky.
