This mold size is about 750*750*580 and its weight is 2352kg.The injection molding cycle time is about 45S.

The mold is a hot runner mold which has seven open direct hot nozzle.The mold core insert material is Becu and it can reduce the cycle time.

The product ejection method is pushing plate.The plastic mold cavity material is 1.2344 which have to done heat treatmen.

We also have made the plastic battery cover mold .This mold size is about 550*550*460 and its weigh is 842kg.

The injection molding cycle time is about 32S.The mold cavity and core material is 1.2344.T

he inserts of the rear mold are all inlaid, which is convenient for processing and exhausting.

The product material is PC+ABS.
