The mold size is 450*450*496mm and its weight is 576KG.The mold injection moulding cycltime is 30S.

The mold insert material is 1.2344.

When processing the Core, Mikron high-speed CNC processing is used.

The maximum speed can reach 40,000 revolutions per minute.

This is because the diamond-shaped structure of core cannot be polished by hand.

If it is polished manually, traces will appear on the surface of the mold, which will affect the light transmission effect of the car lights.

Therefore, the cost of making this set of molds is also quite high.

The material of the product is PC.During injection molding, the machine must be connected to the oil temperature

and the mold must be heated to ensure the gloss of the product.
