This mold has four large sliders and six little sliders.

The first slider is in the fixed part, which driven by oil cylinder.

The moveable part has three large sliders, which each large slider drives two small sliders in different directions.

This structure is very complicated and has high accuracy of mold processing.

This precision plastic mold material is NAK80. The size is 550*500*650 mm, and the weight is 1100 kg.
