Our company has made many kinds of medical devices' precision moulds and doing the precision moulding.

This nutrition pump that our company made has 45 pcs precision parts. Our company's engineers conduct comparisons,

mold analysis, and discussions based on the material and size of the product, and finally achieve 14 sets of precision mold

forming all plastic parts.

I will introduce the plastic housing precision mold of this product. The product material is PP. This mold core and cavity material

is NAK80, and the mold cavity surface is finished polishing. The precision mould has 1+1 cavity. The mold size is 350*400*350 mm,

the mold weight is 350 kg.

We will analyze the overall assembly diagram of the product, and make rational suggestions on the function of the product, positioning and other aspects.

Our company also has the 100k grade clean room for providing precision moulding and moulds.
