Our company has made many set of over mould and done insert molding process of this type.

I will introduce a dryer motor stator over mould and insert molding process here.

This type over mould is suitable for production on the vertical injection molding machine.

So we made the two moveable parts and one fixed part.

This over mould material is SKD61, and its size is 390*550*380 mm. The over mould weight is 470 kg.

This kind of over mould the most important thing is to solve the question of put in the over mold

and removed when during the insert molding process.

When putting in the insert, it must be easy to put it, so that the injection insert molding

process time can be saved.

The insert and molds cannot be matched too tightly, otherwise it will cause the product to

be stuck when it comes out; matched with too pine, the product will appear flash, and the

insert cannot be located.

So our engineer design the structure of bouncing blocks to solve these two questions when

during the insert molding process.
