Taiwan's technology make plastic handle of power tool 2K mould of 2k mould precision plastic mold

Our company has made the plastic handle of power tool mould of 2k mould. But this mold is not produced

on a two-color injection molding machine. The process is to inject the hard part first, and then inject the soft part.

The product is composed of two parts, the hard plastic part is made of PA6+GF30. The soft plastic part is TPU.

This mould size is 600*600*480 mm and its weight is 1200 kg. And it needs to produce on a 380T plastic injection

moulding machine. The mold core and cavity material is S136.

The disadvantage of this molding process is that the injection molding production cycle is long and the labor cost is high.

The quality of injection molded products is unstable and requires manual maintenance and adjustment.

However, the order volume of the product is not very large, so the customer can accept this cost.
