Our company has made many kinds of automotive door internal parts 2K mold of precision plastic mold.

This kind of product is composed of hard plastic made of PA6+GF30 and soft plastic made of EVA.

This kind of mold can be used as a cold runner mold or a hot runner mold. Mainly based on the order

volume of the product. If the hot runner our company chooses the brand is generally YUDO.

There are two ways to mold this type of mold.

The first method is to make a two-color mold, which needs to be produced on a two-color injection molding

machine. The advantage is that the molding method and structure are stable, but the cost is relatively high;

the second method is to use over moulding. This method requires two injection molding machines, that is,

one injection molding machine produces hard plastics, and then the hard plastic products are placed in the

other injection molding machine for secondary molding.

The advantage of the second molding method is low cost, but the disadvantage is that it is unstable, and the

production cycle is very long. It is suitable for small batch production.
