Taiwan's technology make auto intake air pipe mold and automotive molding

This is the plastic auto intake air pipe injection mold.This mold has three sliders and two inclined core-pulling mechanisms.

There are one inclined slider and one rotating slider. The mold structure is more complicated.

This product material is PA66+GF30%.This product is used in the intake pipe of electric vehicles.

A set of products contains three plastic parts.They are jacket, middle frame and joint.

This mold size is 500*500*575mm and its weight is 778KG.This mold material is S136 and has to done the heat treatment.Its hardness is HRC48~52.

The opening sequence of this set of molds is to first draw out the oblique hole slide block on the side by the oil cylinder,

and then draw out the rotating slide block and the large side slide block.

The sequence of mold clamping is to advance the large slider on the side first, then advance the rotating slider,

nd finally advance the small inclined slider. This will not cause damage to the slider insert.
