Air purifier precision injection mold

TAIWAN technology make air purifier precision injection mold of precision mold.

This whole product has about 9 sets of precision mold.

I will introduce the house mold here.

The house of this product material is ABS, and its surface requirement is texture. The size of this part is D270*450 mm 

and the product weight, is 1230g. We use the 600 tons injection molding machine for production.

The material of this mold is 1.2738. The fixed part has five sliders, four big and one little, which driven by oil cylinder.

The movable part has four lifters, which material is 8407.

This precision mold size is 750*750*850 mm and its weight is 3680 kg. The mold has hot runner system and its brand is YUDO.

The production cycle of this precision mold is 50 days.
