Its mold is a cold runner mold, and the cavity is 1+1. This precision mould material is 718H.

The mold size is 400*350*340, and its weight is 385 kg.

difference during assembly and affect the product's use function.

There are many ribs on the mold core. So we should design many precision mold inserts.

The first is for mold process easier, the other one is for the mold excess vents.
