molding needs to be in the 100k grade clean room.

I will introduce the flosser catheter precision mold here. This product material is PP.

This precision mold has 8 cavities. And its mold cavity and core material is S136, cold runner.

The mold size is 380*500*380 mm, and its weight is 580 kg. This mold has a large slider that needs to be driven

by the oil cylinder. Because the slider's itinerary is also relatively long.                                            

The focus of mold processing is the following points:

a.The inset of the slider must be cooled;

b.During the process of drawing or pushing, the slider inset cannot shake;

c. There must be no ejector pins marks on the product;

d. The slider inset must be plated;
