These are the plastic water purifier part injection molds.The water purifier cover adopts a side threaded demoulding mechanism.

The push plate mechanism of the water purifier cylinder is ejected.

One of the molds is a filter cartridge, the size of the product is D65*300mm, and the material is PP.

There are two front mold sliders controlled by oil cylinders on the mold. Two open hot mouths.

The size of the mold is 450*400*545mm, and its weight is 753kg. The product is ejected by means of a push plate.

Of course the mold has two cavities.

The material of the product is PP.The other set of molds is the lid that links the filter cartridge.

There are two PT1/4 water outlet holes on the side of the product. The mold needs to use the thread side core pulling mechanism,

in addition to the two motors, it also needs two cylinders. This is a relatively complicated structure,

and the screw mechanism must be drawn out first and then the entire slider. The mold size is 765*550*543mm.
