The operation step is to first injection -plastic production of the hard part, and then put it in the part of the injection

molding the soft part in another set of molds. This method is applicable to a plan with a small order volume of the product.

The disadvantages of Overmoulding are long forming cycles, unstable quality of the product, and need to be placed manually.

The car product parts we have produced, the hard parts generally use PC+ABS, PA6, ABS, etc. The parts of the soft 

choose TPE, EVA. The materials of the two need good adhesion.
