Trigger pump mould

Taiwan's technology make trigger pump mould of precision plastic mold.

This product has 28/410 and 24/410 two types. Our company made the 28/410 type trigger pump mold of

precision plastic molds. This type has nine sets of precision plastic molds.

The mold cavity is 16,24,32 and these precision plastic molds match the injection machines 160 ~250 tons.

Each mold match one injection molding machine. The output of the product is about 200000 pcs per month.

The mold material we generally use the imported S136 and the mold base plate A ,plate B and ejector plates 

we choose the 1.2311.

Our company made this batch of molds are all cold runner molds, but I suggest that you should choose the hot

runner mold . Because It can save the cost better.
