and lock barrel.They are all hot runner molds. Among them, the hot runner of the luer lock barrel mold has two methods:

half hot runner and full hot runner.

This kind of disposable syringe mold requires very high size and concentricity requirements. 

At present, our company commonly uses the HUSKY and YUDO hot runner.

Semi-hot runner means to enter the product after turning from a hot runner to a cold runner.

In this way, we can choose a better quality YUDO hot runner system.

Full hot runner means that the hot runner enters the product directly.

This requires high product feed balance and temperature control. We generally choose the good quality HUSKY hot runner system.

Each cavity of the product is made into inserts, so that it is convenient to adjust the size.
